Topic of the student research project or thesis:

Conducting a potential analysis to increase the degree of automation in production – with a focus on the use of industrial robots and collaborative robots (cobots)

Your tasks may include the following areas, among others:

  • Survey of the current status of the current automation solutions
  • Potential analysis of further automation solutions by means of workshops / brainstorming / surveys with the production areas
  • Scientific analysis of the potential with regard to system availability, increased output and cost benefits as well as corresponding prioritization
  • Detailed planning of the TOP1 measure by creating a structured project description, time and cost planning
