Truck Processing and Weighing Station Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Weighing of Trucks Upon Entry and Exit
Personal and service-oriented communication with both domestic and international truck drivers
Verifying orders and store numbers, as well as preparing shipping documents, customer invoices, and delivery slips
Coordination of loading, including assignment of loading locations
Recording the receipt of third-party materials and assigning unloading locations
Recording of raw sand, production volumes / hours
Processing of Cash Sales

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in business or an equivalent qualification
Experience with customs clearance is a plus
Experience with ERP systems (ideally D365) and knowledge of MS Office
Foreign language skills are a plus; at least a working knowledge of English is required
A conscientious and organized approach to work, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
Quick comprehension and the ability to grasp situations quickly and respond appropriately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work multiple shifts
