Your tasks and trainingcontents:

• Helpdesk support
• Installation of PCs, notebooks, thin clients and printers
• Setting up smartphones
• Implementation of training courses in Office 365
• Support in the area of Microsoft Teams
• Support for the Network division
• In parallel to the in-company training, the vocational school will provide you with theoretical knowledge that you will apply and develop in your daily training at Dorfner

Duration of training:

3 years

Professional and personal requirements:

• Good secondary school leaving certificate or higher school leaving certificate
• Good grades in math, German, English and computer science
• Quick comprehension and good communication skills
• Understanding of complex relationships and logical thinking
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Basic understanding of computer systems (hardware and software)
• A high level of willingness to learn and commitment, reliability, flexibility and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
