Working student in the field of data processing / digitization in our maintenance department

Your tasks:

• Digitization of technical documents such as system documentation, circuit diagrams, operating instructions, technical drawings and flow charts
• Structured storage of digitized data based on the existing ERP system structure
• Systematic categorization of documents using tags and relevant filter features for efficient indexing
• Preparation of documents for an intelligent language and free text search using a Large Language Model (LLM)

Your profile:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) with a high affinity for data processing, IT tools and digital work processes
• Initial experience and interest in the field of artificial intelligence, especially with large language models (LLMs) and cloud storage solutions, is an advantage
• Independent, goal-oriented and precise way of working
