Your tasks:

• Update and assessment of space requirements for new warehouses and heated storage areas
• Analysis and evaluation of a suitable location for a new administration building
• Rough planning of size and location for parking lots, storage buildings and storage areas
• Development of a concept for the road layout and stopping areas

Your profile:

• You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in a technical or business degree program, ideally with a focus on construction, architecture or facility management
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working characterize you
• Knowledge of location or area planning or area determination
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally basic knowledge of CAD programs
